Full-Day Event for Practice Owners
Friday, May 1, 2026 • Atlanta, GA • On Gateway · Hartsfield-Jackson Airport
Your practice will only grow as fast as your ability to lead the people inside it. Most owners are running the hard way — carrying it themselves, managing every problem, wondering why nothing sticks.

What You’ll Walk Away With
An actionable plan. Not a notebook full of to-do’s that you never get around to.
How to hire people who perform — not just people who interview well
How to develop your team across every role — not just the front desk
A plan specific to your practice, your team, and where you are right now
A culture of accountability that doesn’t depend on you to enforce it
Leadership behaviors that separate scaling practices from plateauing ones
The profit math that changes permanently when your people perform
Why This Event Exists
Stop Carrying Your Practice.
Start Leading It.
You became an expert clinician. Nobody taught you how to lead a team.
And yet here you are — spending more energy on team issues, inconsistent performance, and culture problems than on the clinical work you love. You hire good people. You address problems when they come up. You try to set standards. And something always slips.
This isn’t a people problem. It’s a leadership gap — and it’s not your fault. The business school they never sent you to, the management training you never got, the leadership framework nobody gave you — that’s what May 1 is about.
When you get your people right, everything else in the practice gets easier. Growth accelerates. Revenue follows. The owner stops being the ceiling.
Three pillars. One formula.
People
Hiring, developing, and retaining the right team across every role. The people you build around you determine the ceiling of your practice.
Performance
A culture where the whole team executes at a high level — not because you’re watching, but because the standards and accountability are built in.
Profits
When your people perform, the numbers follow. Leadership is the highest-ROI investment in the practice. The math changes permanently.
Your Host
Flint Geier
President · Scheduling Institute (→ The New Patient Institute)
Flint has spent his career inside the most results-focused organization in dentistry — working with thousands of practices to build teams that perform and practices that grow.
His approach is direct and practical: most practices aren’t losing patients because of their clinical care. They’re losing them because of what happens before and after the chair — and because the owner was never taught to lead the people who control that experience.
Flint hosts the New Patients Now podcast, played football at Cornell, and has spoken on stages across the country. He brings the same competitive standard to the business of dentistry that he did to the field.

Your guest should be either your business partner or your spouse if they are involved in key decisions for the practice. Seats are limited and will be secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
Event Tuition
The event itself is complimentary; however, a $297 deposit is required to reserve your seat. Your full deposit will be returned to you when you arrive at the event.
Common Questions
Before you Register.
Is the $297 really refunded?
Yes, 100%. You pay $297 to reserve your seat. When you check in at the event on May 1, you receive your full $297 back at the registration desk. It exists to ensure the room is full of committed attendees — not to generate revenue from registration.
What if I can't make it after I register?
Contact us as soon as possible at 770-334-9960. The deposit refund at the event requires attendance — if you don’t show, the deposit is forfeited. We’ll do our best to work with you on extenuating circumstances.
Do I need to bring my team?
This event is designed for the practice owner, business partner, office manager, or spouse. It is not a team training event. What you build on May 1 is what you bring back to your team.
How do I get from the airport to the venue?
Follow signs in the terminal to the free ATL SkyTrain. Take it to the first stop (GICC/Gateway Station). On Gateway is a 3-minute walk from the station. No car needed at any point.
Is this only for Scheduling Institute members?
No. This event is open to any practice owner who wants to be in the room. Members, alumni, and new faces are all welcome. The $297 deposit is the only requirement.
